We are bound by law to check each member of staff before recruitment whether she/he is able to handle security tasks. You, as one of our clients, have the possibility to have influence over the selection of personnel. We would like to provide you an insight into our comprehensive catalogue of forms or procedures for the recruitment, interviews and instructions of employees who want to work for Marconi. Before appointment at our company each applicant has to take an achievement test, which is, according to its significance and complexity, adapted to current requirements of official facilities. Each deployed employee has to successfully complete this test once a year. Furthermore each employee has the opportunity to attend professional training according to the latest training methods at our in-house training academy. Thus we conserve a constantly high quality standard for our customers which is anytime testable.
